   Before & After Care
    Before  and  after   care
    hours  begin at 8:00 am
    & end at 5:00 pm.    
 
    Campers can be dropped
    off as early as 8:30  am     
    with pick up by 4:00 pm
    at no additional charge.
 
    There is a charge of $2
    per child for before camp
    care only. There is a fee
    of $2-4 dollars per child
    for after camp care only.
    Before and after camp
    care is billed at $6 per
    child. Hideaway provides
    affordable daycare as a
    service to it's  working
    parents. Payment is due
    when camper is dropped
    off and /or picked up.
 
Lunch
    Campers  are  required
    to bring their own lunch.
    Beverages  ( Gatorade
    and water ) are served
    throughout    the   day.
    Snacks  are  permitted.
    Campers  dine   in   our
    screened  in dining fac-
    ility  with a great  view
    of  the camp property.
 
Camp Visits 
    Hideaway  has an open
    door policy. We welcome
    all parents any day with
    or   without an  appoint-
    ment.   Parents   should
    check  in  at  the  office
    before   entering  camp.
    Parents and friends can
    also join  us  for fun  
    anytime!
 
Availability
    Reservations are made
    on a first come basis.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Camp Hours
   Camp is Monday through Friday
   rain   or  shine.   Campers  may
   arrive as early as 8:30 am. Our
   first  activity  begins  promptly
   at 9:30 am. The camp day ends
   at 3:30 pm,  but campers  may
   stay for our after care program,
   ending at 5:00 pm. Please note,
   we are closed July 4th.

 Tours
   For a closer look, set up a tour
   of our facilities. Tours are held
   on  Saturdays at  9:30 am  and
   begin in January. You must call
   in  advance  to  reserve  a spot
   at  610 - 489 - 2191.  Once  the
   camp season begins, tours are
   given daily as requested.
 Pricing
   Camp fees are detailed on the
   application form.  Children can
   attend a few weeks, or the full
   session.  Discounts are given
   for early  payments,  and for
   families sending several camp-
   ers from the same household.
 
 
Transportation  
     Hideaway provides door
     to door  transportation,
     or transportation from a
     central pick up/drop off
     point    depending   upon
     the    location   of   your
     home. This is offered to
     campers   attending    a
     minimum of 4 weeks or
     more, and is included  in
     camp  fees. Campers are
     transported   in     camp 
     insured vans, seating 14
     or 7 passengers. Private
     cars are also used based
     on  the location of your
     home.  Drivers  are area
     school   bus  drivers,  as
     well  as  our  counselors,
     and are over 21 years of
     age.  We screen drivers,
     and  check  their driving
     records.   Campers   are
     picked up between 8 - 9
     am, and are dropped off
     between 3:45 - 5:00 pm.
     Due  to  the  complexity
     of   the  van  routes,  we
     cannot  guarantee a pick
     up or drop off  time until
     all routes have been run
     for  several days.  Some
    campers may be outside
    our predetermined area.
    and will be asked to meet
    at a "central location."
 
Security
     Hideaway is a big place
     & security is a  primary
     concern. Each specialist
     and  all  counselors  are
     equipped     with     high
     powered walkie-talkies,
     making every employee
     and  camper  accessible
     at all times.
